Welding Course Booking Policy
1.
Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive either:
-
A completed booking form and full payment, or
-
A signed purchase order (for companies).

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.
Payments
-
A full payment is required to secure your place.
-
Full payment must be received before the course start date.
-
If booking, full payment is required immediately.
3.
Cancellations by Delegates
-
Cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable).
-
Refunds will be issued as follows:
-
More than 28 days before course: Full refund, less deposit.
-
15–28 days before course: 50% refund.
-
14 days or less before course: No refund.

Failure to attend without notice will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
4.
Rescheduling & Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another available course date subject to:
-
More than 14 days’ notice: free of charge.
-
Less than 14 days’ notice: transfer fee of £___ applies.

Substitutions of delegates are permitted at no extra cost, provided notice is given.
5.
Cancellations by the Provider

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, delegates will be offered either:
-
A full refund, or
-
A transfer to an alternative date.

We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
6.
Eligibility & Attendance
-
Delegates must meet any stated entry requirements (e.g. prior welding experience, English language skills).

ID may be required on the first day.
-
Delegates must attend the full course. Late arrivals or absence may result in no certificate being awarded and no refund given.
7.
Certificates
-
Certificates will be issued only to delegates who successfully complete the course.

Replacement certificates may incur an administration fee.
8.
Health & Safety
-
All delegates must follow workshop health & safety rules.
-
PPE will be provided unless otherwise stated; failure to comply with safety requirements may result in removal from the course without refund.
9.
Force Majeure
-
The provider is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures).
