Introduction to welding

1 day, theory and practical 200£+vat

8hrs course incl 2 breaks

Theory-

all information about H&S, welding types, common welding defects

Practical-

material preparation, welding equipment setup, welding.

Attendance certificate on completion.

5 days course, theory and practical 875£+vat

8hrs a day incl 2 breaks, 

Course incl all what's included in Introduction to Welding plus -

Theory- welding machine fine tune

Practical- different joints types, all in flat position, fine tune welding machine settings and setup

Competent Welder Certificate on completion.

10 days course, theory and practical 1950£+vat

8hrs a day incl 2 breaks

Course incl all what's incl in Competent Welder plus

Theory- self inspection, reading and understanding basic fabrication drawings and weld symbols.

Practical- self inspection, improving on welding techniques and positions, presenting samples for visual and NDT testing.

Your samples will be send off for testing, when passed Welder Qualification Certificate ( Coded Welder ) to be issued
by accredited Laboratory, test service cost 350+vat
